Staying at La Cala Hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfy beds and new furniture, and the new bathroom suite was a nice touch.

The service at La Cala Hotel was top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful, booking taxis for our day trips, providing extra pillows and bedding, and arranging a special surprise of Cava for my in-laws' room. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to stay.

The location of La Cala Hotel is simply amazing. Nestled in a nice little bay that doesn't get overcrowded, the hotel is miles away from the main part of Benidorm, offering a peaceful retreat. Although there are only a couple of restaurants nearby, the proximity to the beach in the small cove of Calle Finestrat is unbeatable.

The dining experience at La Cala Hotel was delightful. The staff, from the cleaners to the front desk personnel and the lady serving breakfast, were all fabulous. With healthy choices and a great selection, the daily meals were a highlight of my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice and absolutely spotless, with flat screen TVs and remote-controlled air conditioning. The enormous balcony was a lovely place to chill out in the sun, although the room was a bit small. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure a great experience. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach in a quaint little bay, although it was tucked a few miles away from the old town. The dining experience was very good, with lovely and fresh food served by the friendly and attentive Sylviana. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.
